Please read the following carefully before purchasing a subscription.


1. No Refunds on Digital Goods

BestFreeStreaming.org offers non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods (information and directory access).
Once a subscription is purchased and the account is active, we do not offer refunds.

We do not provide refunds or credits for:

  • Partial subscription periods.
  • Accidental purchases where the account was accessed.
  • "Change of mind" regarding the service.
  • Dissatisfaction with our posts or directory.
  • Dissatisfaction with the content found on third-party websites linked in our directory.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You are free to cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing.

  • How to Cancel: Log in to your account, go to the "Account" section, and toggle the subscription option to "Off" or click "Cancel Subscription."
  • Effect of Cancellation: Your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the website until that date. You will not be charged for the next cycle.

3. Duplicate Charges / Billing Errors

If you believe there has been a technical error in your billing (for example, if you were charged twice for the same month), please contact our support team immediately.

  • We will investigate the transaction history.
  • If a technical error is confirmed, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate amount immediately.

4. Chargeback Abuse

We encourage subscribers to contact us directly to resolve any billing issues.
If a subscriber initiates a dispute or chargeback with their credit card provider without first contacting our support team, we reserve the right to permanently suspend the account and ban the user's email and IP address from future use of our services.

5. Contacting Support regarding Billing

To ensure fast response times for our subscribers, general support is strictly limited to logged-in members via the Account Dashboard.

However, if you have a billing dispute or are unable to log in to your paid account to access support, you may use our dedicated billing contact:
